Dear Hashemi,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to share my trip’s plan to your city. In fact, it is a business trip.

As I said, I have planned to come your city to participate in a festival related to my profession on September 25 for 5 days. However, I will come there on 24 September.

I would desire to ask from you that it is possible I spend six days in your home. If you couldn’t please feel free to inform me. I would appreciate it if you could offer me some affordable hotels.

I would offer you to pay all expenses on myself, since all of them will be purchased by the company I work at it. In addition, I would request to help me in finding the location of the festival. Moreover, accompanying me to find shops for buying suviniours.
