Dear Tayo,

How are you and how is your family? I am writing to inform you about a short trip I would be making to Lagos soon.

I am happy to inform you that I would be landing in Lagos in the next three weeks for a three-day training program, which on completion will increase my eligibility for a promotion at my place of work. Although the training starts on the 4th of October and ends on the 6th of October, I will be in town for five days in total.

Since you reside in Lagos, I was wondering if it would be possible for you to accommodate me during my stay in Lagos. Aside from the purpose of my training, it will also be an opportunity to meet the twins since I have not met them since birth. We would also catch up during this time.

Furthermore, Please do not worry about my expenses during my stay as I would cover personal cost and would also love to bring gifts for my nephew and niece.

Please let me if this will be convenient for you as this will allow me to plan accordingly.
