.Dear Madam or Sir Manager,

Firstly, I would like to introduce myself. I am a traveler with my tiny gruop and we often go to trip for gain new experiences.This year, we are planning to trip Antalya.Therefore, We would like to accomdate Sunshine Apartments. So, This letter will about our preference and requirements.

We heard that, The best season of Sunshine Apartments is Summer. That’s Why, I am planning to reserve between Jully twenty and thirt. Please,could you reserve these dates for us, If you have available rooms.Moreover, I will come with my doughters and also they can’t be relax, If they sleep with together. So, We need to extra a bed for each of them.

Our group include twelve person and this situation sometimes can affect badly for our accommmodation. However; I believe that, This trip will be different from our bad experience thanks to Sunshine Apartment. Because of that, We prefer to apply your apartment for our grop size requirements and your rooms comfortable. Such as big and relax rooms also has beautiful views.

As a result, I would be very happy, If you apply our trip requests and fulfill of everything. Thanks for your interest and concern.
