Dear John

I am writing to discuss our plans for the community event to improve our neighbourhood.

Firstly, I would like to know what you think about organising a community clean-up as it would the best beneficial event to improve the neighbourhood such as: help to make a better confortable place to live, eradicate any source of infection due to poor waste management. Also, we could organize a night cultural event in the east park to raise funds for the purchase of cleaning supplies.

In terms of timing, I suggest holding the event next Saturday morning, perhaps from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., so that people can take part without using the whole day.

Additionally, I was wondering what kind of motivation we can use to involved all the comunity? I think we could create a group chat and share the details on social media. We could also put up posters around the neighbourhood and invite residents personally.
