Dear Neighbor,

I hope you are well.

I would like to invite you for a neighborhood clean up day. This will be happening on Saturday the 17th of October from 10am till about 1pm and our start off point would be the end of the road by church street.

All cleaning suppies will be provided for, however, could you bring some lemonade drinks and snacks for refreshments. Additionally, you will need to bring with you a hat and sunscreen, weather forecast says it would be a sunny day.

This clean up day will be an opportunity for everyone to meet and get to know each other and we can arrange for a later day where we can have a sit down and organise social activities such as book clubs, fund raising and sports events to help us build a better community life.
