Dear Madam or Sir Manager,

I hope this message finds you well.Firstly, I would like to introduce myself. I am a traveler with a small group, and we often travel to gain new experiences. This year, we are planning a trip to Antalya, and therefore, we would like to stay at Sunshine Apartments. This letter outlines our preferences and requirements.

We have heard that the best season for Sunshine Apartments is summer. That is why I am hoping to reserve from July 20th to July 30th. If you have available rooms, could you please reserve these dates for us? Moreover, I will be coming with my daughters, and since they cannot relax if they sleep together, we will need an extra bed for each of them.

Our group consists of twelve people, and this situation can sometimes complicate our accommodation. However, I believe this trip will be different from our previous experiences, thanks to Sunshine Apartments.
