Dear Mr Patel,

I am writing this letter for request you to taking care of my home in my absence as we are going for a one week vacation for meeting our parents after a long time. Nowadays many thefts incidents were happend in our town. As we live so we have many important items in our house which are so valuable and costly. If we are not there then there may be a chances of lose our items.

To elaborate more, My children miss their grand parents for a long-time and we haven’t met them for a longer time. So, we want to stay with them for week and want to spend the quality time with them. We also have many importan work to finish such us do kyc in banks as well as to meet our relatives and attend some family function.

Hope you will consider my request and provide your attention to my home in my absence.
