Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to inform you about a room which I want to reserve in your hotel.

Basically, I am planing to visite the Jaflong area. I am quiet interested to visit this certain area because of netural beauty. As far as I am concern about your hotel, I believe that, it will be appropriate for me. I am planing to go there on 14 September, and time will be around 4.00 pm.

As a family tour, our all family members will go there around 7 people. I have some specific reuirements such as beds or some decorations. Since, we are 7 members we need approximately 5 beds can be suitable for us.

I will be thrilled, if you inform me about some serveice offers before we come. I want to know about your’s organizing systems as well as managing qualities.
