Dear Adminstrator of the class

I am writing this letter in response to your email regarding changes you mentioned.Thank you for informing us in advance.I understand the situation and would like to share my thouhts and suggestions about how this period could be more effectively.

At present,I am engaged in thoughtful deliberation.To my perspective,it would be prudent if this tuition could be changed in the morning,as a number of pupils have time so, after waking up with a fresh mind at around 4 o’lock and going to the to the class with crisp air,students can take part a lesson whenever they want.As a result of this,children can not shirk that responsibility which is with teacher’s strictness.

I hope my suggestions will be helpful and taken into consideration.Thank you for giving us the opportunity to share our opnions.I look forward to your reply and hope my recommendations will be resolved in a convenient way for everyone.
