Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to inquire about the courses offered by your organization.

I am Nikita Sareen, a resident of Phagwara, writing this letter to learn more about the courses available at “The British School.” Although the school’s infrastructure is useful, I want to know more about the English department faculty. Could you provide me with some details regarding the English courses?

Regarding accommodation, I do not know anyone in Australia and have no relatives or friends there. So, I require accommodation on the school premises. I would like to arrive in June. Thus, I request you to provide a brochure describing the hostel facilities and its payment methods, as I am interested in paying in advance for all accommodation.

Would you please provide details about the food services? Because I am a vegetarian, I prefer to eat fruits and vegetables. So, I request that you provide vegetarian food, as I am allergic to non-vegetarian food and seafood. I hope you will provide all the information as soon as possible so that I can easily proceed further.
