Dear Muthu,

How have you been since we last talked? I’m writing to invite you to join our school group in which I’m organizing for a skiing activity next winter.

It been so long since all our school friends have been together, so, I arranged for an activity to spend quality time with our peers. Hence, I’d like you to join this trip to Windsor city in the northern part of Nova Scotia. I recall that you mentioned that you have a week of vacation on last week of December. Also, most of our group will be back to their homes for Christmas holidays. While I know you would like to meet your parents on christmas day, so, I have planned the activity on 28th of December.

Since we need to travel by car, I want you to bring snow boots, a winter jacket and a thermal suit to with stand the cold weather while skiing. All other equipment like ski-helmet and board are provided by the company where we have booked for this activity.
