Dear mr Johnson,

I hope you are doing fine. I want to ask you to make me a favor.

As you may know our colleague John is leaving the conpany in a couple of days and I am planning to make a farewell party for him and for this occasion I want to use some space of the office just for the evening.

This is very important because he spent with our company 25 years and now leaving for a pension. He was one of the best workers in our company so I really think that he deserves it.

Let me also tell you my plans for this party. There will not be something extraordinary. I only want to bring employees from our department and drink a little champagne to wish him great time on his peaceful years. I also prepared a movie about the time when he was working for our company. So I want to turn it on on the big screen to watch his best moments.
