Dear colleagues,

I am writing this letter in regard to Ahmad’s departure from our country.

As we all know that Monday is his last day here at work, and he has been such a good support to all of us in his tenure, in this company.I was planning a small farewell party for him over the weekend.

The party will be held on 17th of September, at the LDA Sports Complex on Saturday at 7 Pm.Dinner will be served to everyone there along with soft drinks and a mint margrita .Chinese cuisine will be presented since we know that everyone including Ahmad loves the tangy flavor of it.It will be a small gathering, consisting of all closest to him in order to celebrate his achievements in the company, and as a token of appreciation for all he has done for us.

Everyone is in a financial crunch these days so I am not making it obligatory to bring a gift but you can bring one if you want to.
