Hello sir/madam,

I have seen the advertise of your hotel in the newspaper and writing this letter regarding the booking.

To begin with, I am from Ottawa and planing to visit Montreal with family for 3 days. We are 4 adults and looking for rooms to stay from 12 May to 15 May and astimate arrival is at 2:00 PM. We need two rooms including air conditioner and TV. Moreover, one of the rooms shpuld have office table and chair as I may have to work for few hours. It is better to have private pool in the room if it is available dring our stay.

As I mentioned, we are group of four and looking for good place to visit or summer activities such as tracking and water sports. In reply, please describe interesting spots for tourists near to hotel.

In conclusion, please, mention the total costs for both the rooms and also describe wether shuttle from airport will be included. Please, let us know how would you accept payment as well.
