Dear Mom and Dad,
I hope this letter finds you both in good health and high spirits. I am writing to share something very important and close to my heart. After much thought and research, I have decided that I would like to pursue my higher education abroad next year, and I sincerely hope to have your support in this journey.
The country I have chosen is Canada, and the university I am aiming for is the University of Toronto, one of the top-ranked universities in the world. It offers excellent academic programs, a diverse and inclusive environment, and numerous opportunities for personal and professional growth. I am particularly interested in their Bachelor’s program in Computer Science, which aligns perfectly with my passion and career goals.
Studying in Canada will not only provide me with a world-class education but also expose me to a global community of students and professionals, helping me become more independent and broaden my perspective.
I understand that studying abroad requires careful planning, financial investment, and emotional support. I promise to do everything I can to earn scholarships, work part-time, and manage my expenses responsibly. However, I will still need your support, both emotionally and financially, especially during the initial stages of my application and settlement.
Please think about it and let me know your thoughts. I truly believe this opportunity will shape my future in the best way possible, and having your blessing would mean everything to me.
With love and respect,
Your son Eldor.
