Dear Qasym,

Hope this letter finds you in the best of health and spirit. I am writing this letter to inform you about the recreational event which I am planning to organize in a rural area.

Here I would like to discuss my views with you. Firstly, I am planning to hold the recreational program in the rural area on 21 March 2026. Because people celebrate Nayruz that day with the happiness . That’s why 21 March is special for me and I am celebrating it.

Furthermore, I have done all preparations except decorating the stage. Besides this, I am confused about the distribution of gifts to children and adult who are participating in dance and singing as well as drawing activities and so on.

All in all, I need your help because you have a vast knowledge of decorations. So the event stage is decorated with lighting and stunning flowers. In the end, we spend quality time together during the preparation of the program and enjoy ourselves.
