Dear Sir,

This is your tenant who moved into flat 9 few months ago.I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction of behavior about my flat 8 neighbor who has consistently been using loud noise from music disturbing my family and I , most especially the kids.

The noise has began the very first week I moved into the apartment, initially I thought it was just a once in a while thing but unfortunately the noise has been persistent and occurring consequitively like 5 times in a week and it’s like 3months now.

Numerous times, I have complaint to him but he seems to be inconsiderate and that’s why I have to report to you as the landlord. I suggest you assit to caution him to always reduce his music noise especially during the week days that work activities is a must for civil servants like me and kids who has school runs.
