Hello Mr.Willy.

I’m writing to you in connection with such an awful noise coming from the apartment through the bedroom’s wall. I took up noticing this several days ago when I came back home and made some preparations before dinner. This happend accidently, such a terrible, scraping sound, similar to constant forniture movements. Just imagine this situation, me having a rest after work, relaxing and a sharp noise from beyond your apartment confusing and scaring at the same time. This usually lasts about 30 minutes and ceases suddenly. There is one more thing which I noticed, that noise usualy happens on weekdays and absolutely at the same time period between 7pm and 8pm.

I have some suggestions about it. Call the police for example. Or there is another way, if you come and go to your neigbor like a host of this apartment. I think it will be the best idea, because you are capable of solving this problem.
