Dear Sir,

I am writing in regards to my scheduled presentation on cyber security in your organization. My name is Sylvester Emeshili, a Security Administrator with over 5 years experience. i have had some of my published articles featured on top Cyber space in the country.

The presentation i intend to give in your company, is to mitigate web phishing, which is at aspect of cyber security that deals with information theft on the internet, such as credit card details hijack, password compromise, and personal information theft. This presentation will sensitize the attendees on how to safe guard all these information.

To enhance the success of my presentation, i will require some equipment of be put in place. firstly, a backup uninterrupted power supply to enable continuity of the presentation incase of power failure. Additionally, a 25 watt power projector, which will be use to extend the display of my laptop screen.

I will arrive on the morning of the presentation, could you put these in place before my arrival? I want a hard copy print out of the presentation slide to be given to all attendees, and a laptop with internet connectivity be placed on the table participant, to allow for an interactive session.
