Dear Sir,

I read an advertisement about a short course Korean language in Korea. I would like to registered for this course. I have basic in Korean language and I can speak for daily uses as well. I want to boost my language skill and by taking this program I would help our company known by Korean companies.

I write this letter to ask a permission for some time off during my qualification process. This course takes two months. I suggest an internship employee for replace me for a while when I have taking day off. Among internship, she is capable to did all tasks. I will ensure she understand all of her responsibilities.

As our company has been growing and most of the clients is Korean, I hope by taking this course I will be able for being a translator for our Korean clients.
