Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this message finds you well

I am writing to inform you that I will not be able to attend the interview. I had a family issue. I had to visit my sick grandmother at our hometown and I will have to stay a whole week from 1st to the 7th of July. Thererfor, The interview that was set to be in 2nd of july is no longer a suitable time for me and I apologize for the inconvenience. I will be thankful if we can rearrange The interview to be set between the 10th and 20th of July at the afternoon. Thank you for your understanding and I apologize again for the inconvenience
