Dear [engovate],

I am writing to inform you that I will not be able to attend the training course I had registered for. The course is “Advanced Digital Marketing Strategies”, scheduled to take place from 15th to 19th October 2025.

Unfortunately, due to unexpected work commitments at my office, I will be required to attend a week-long project meeting during the same period. As this project is highly important for my organization, I am unable to be present for the training sessions.

I would be grateful if you could advise me on the possibility of rescheduling my participation for the next available session. If that is not possible, I would kindly request a refund of the course fee.

I apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you in advance for your understanding. I truly hope to join the course at another time, as I am very interested in enhancing my skills in this field.

Yours sincerely,

[mohammad junaid]
