Dear, representative to the local council.

I writting the letter for you, because i am unhuppy about the new bus route, which recently started in our district. I almost used this route every day, because it leads to the downtown, where i study and meet with my friends.

Unfortunatly, appear the new problems. The buses are often coming with delays. It is create difficulties, because i delay to school. Besides, the buses almost always overflowing. Sometimes i wait the next fligt, and it takes a lot of time. Moreover, the buses are old and in them bad work the conditioner, the seats are dirty.

In my opinion, the route are very important to the occunts, however you are need to impove it. I want to asked the advice to added the new buses, especially in the morning and in the evening. Besides, benefitly will be update transport and make schedule accurate
