Dear Manager,

Hope you are doing well.

I am writing in regards to explain you a uncomfortable experience that i had gone through while playing table tennis in your sports facility.

Last sunday at 2pm I was playing pingpong in room 2 of your facility and I had a hard time to enjoy the sport as there were multiple tables in the room and there were lot of disturbances starting from limited space for individuals to move around, conjusted room due to multiple players, no benches to rest between the game. I have used your facility multiple times and never faced such difficulty. However, I have learned that other rooms have been alloted to other sports affecting the limited tables and space for TT.

I understand the challenge here, but this can make the users unhappy and not coming to your center reguraly. So, I request you to allocate atleast two other rooms so the players like me can enjoy the session without feeling conjusted.
