I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the monthly delivery service I have been subscribed to for the past three months. Unfortunately, my experience has been far below expectations.
Firstly, the deliveries have been consistently delayed. According to your service agreement, items are supposed to arrive within the first week of each month; however, in both February and March, my packages arrived nearly two weeks late. This has caused significant inconvenience, as I rely on these deliveries for essential household items.
In addition, the quality of the products has been disappointing. On one occasion, several items were damaged upon arrival, and in another instance, I received incorrect products that did not match my order. Despite contacting your customer support team, the issue was not resolved promptly, and I did not receive a satisfactory explanation.
To address these concerns, I would appreciate it if you could ensure that future deliveries are made on time and that proper quality checks are carried out before dispatch. Furthermore, I request a full refund or replacement for the damaged and incorrect items I received. Improving your customer service response time would also be highly beneficial.
