Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to share unsatisfactory experience happened with your service. I sent formal coats and some pairs of woolen soaks for dry cleaning last week . Firstly, your staff member spoke rudely when I handed clothes in the rush hours.

After two weeks I get clothes back and their are three pairs of socks missing as well as strains are also not properly cleaned. Except these, I paid extra charges for heavy coats but still it look like a old dirty clothes with no shine. I do not want to tolerate anymore with this and your staff behavior.

I want a refund back for all of this unconvience happen. I do not recommend anyone to take this service. I am very sorry to say but your staff had no patience and manners. Please I request you to return money back as soon as possible.
