I’m Lakeshia, the customer who used your dry cleaner service yesterday. I’m very dissatisfied by one of your staff’s behaviour. It was the worst service I’ve ever experienced.
So, one of your customer service named Rio was very rude to me. I don’t know why but it felts very personal. First, when I step my foot on the store, I smiled but he looked at me with a disgusted face. Not just that, the way he spoked to me was very rude. I asked about the price, and then his eyes rolled and looked at me disgustingly as I couldn’t pay the amount of price he gave to me, he also raised his voice to me while I asked politely.
Because of his behaviour towards me, I felt very dissapointed and then I chose to walk out from the store even though it was an urgent situation where I need your dry clean service. I got scolded by my boss because he needs the dress to be dry cleaned as soon as possible.
I believe the staff could improve their politeness towards customers if you train your staff well. So please train your staff to be more professional and respectful. If you keep this this thing happening, no one would ever use your dry cleaner service.
