I hope this letter finds you well. i am writing to make a complaint about the phone i recently purchased from your website @pleasure gabget on the 23rd of may 2026, at 3;35pm with identification number of 123456789. An esim 15 promax glass case with a mint colour and 525gb space and i requested it should come with a private screen guard and a pink pouch to be adding to my order.
I was so disappointed and displeased when the order arrived because i was so excited to show off my new phone to my online fans that i decided to go on life stream to unbox my phone but my greatest surprised the screen and the glass case of the phone was broken and a piece of the glass case gave me a sharp cut, honestly i was overwheled by saddness.
The damage was a huge one, however, i would like the store to send a dispatch rider to pick the phone back to you while another phone is sent to me and i wish the company will look into it sothat it does not re-ocurr and the package should be wrap with the fragile wrap sothat it will be handled with extral care.
I would be very glad if my request is granted.
