Dear manger,

I am writing with such disappointment with your dry cleaning service.

First off all I could not imagine that this would ever happen to my clothes after cleaning, the shirts are smudged, the trousers are miss ironed with a hint of burning arias even my jeans did not survive.

I would not be that angry unless I had a wedding to attend the next day, my evening was ruined because of your poor service. For that I expect nothing Less than an apology and redo for all my clothes _free of cost_ of coues.

Thank you for considering and hoping this will never happen again.
