Dear Sir or Madam,

I have been a member of this gym for Three Years, and this is the first time I am writing to you. Unfortunately, I am writing this letter as a formal complaint about your new policy.

The policy I am talking about is the one that affects all the gym members I hope. I received a mail two days ago stating that gym members are not allowed to use the shower for more than ten minutes. This policy affects my daily schedule.

My daily routine since I started using this gym involves me using the gym equipment for an hour and the half, using the shower for thirty minutes, and going to my office. The shower has become a part of my daily routine anytime I come to the gym. Asserting that gym members can only use the shower for ten minutes means that I will have to convey myself back to my apartment for a quick shower. This affects my work.

A better policy will be to allow gym members use the shower for as long as they want to. This will ensure that a satisfactory gym experience.

I hope this policy is reviewed and replaced as soon as possible.
