Subject: Concern Regarding the New Gym Service

Dear Gym Manager,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the new service introduced by the gym. The addition of a $10 monthly maintenance fee on top of the $70 monthly registration fee seems excessive.

This decision may deter customers from using your services. Paying $70 for registration and an additional $10 for maintenance totals $80, which can be a significant burden. Not everyone can afford such fees. All gym members have a common goal: to get fit, regardless of their financial status.

I believe this situation could be improved by consolidating both fees into a single registration fee. This would simplify the payment process and make it easier for members to manage their expenses.
