Dear Mr. Joseph,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about some of the facilities in Astro Gym. I recently joined Astro Gym about a week ago. My name is Mahesa, and I am a Gold VIP membership holder at Astro Gym.

I was at the gym yesterday and I found out some of the facilities do not meet the standard of a luxurious gym. For instance, the benches seem dirty, the weight bar is rusty and the locker room is not well maintained. For a gym that costs 1000 dollars for a month, I would expect more than this.

I would like to suggest, that you replace and upgrade the benches and weight bars with new one that meets the professional standards. Regarding the locker room, I recommend renovating it since the membership fee is quite expensive
