Dear Astro Gym Manager,

i am writing to express my dissatisfaction about some of facilities in Astro Gym. I recently joined Astro Gym about a week ago. My name is Mahesa, and I am a gold VIP Membership holder in Astro Gym.

I was at the gym yesterday and i found out some of the Astro Gym facilities do not meet the standard of luxurious gym. For instance, the bench seems dirty, the weight bar is rusty and the lockeroom is not aesthetic at all. For a gym that cost 1000 dollars for a month i would expect more than that.

i would like to suggest, switch and upgrade the bench and weight bar with new one that meets the standard equipment for a luxurious gym. About the locker room, please renovate it since the gym cost expensive.
