I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the fitness program I recently subscribed to at your gym. I enrolled in the three-month premium fitness package in January, which included personalized training sessions, access to all equipment, and weekly progress assessments. Based on the information provided at registration, I expected professional guidance, well-maintained facilities, and structured workout plans tailored to my fitness goals.
Unfortunately, my experience has not met these expectations. Firstly, the personal training sessions have been inconsistent, with trainers frequently arriving late or cancelling appointments at short notice. Secondly, several pieces of equipment are either out of order or poorly maintained, making it difficult to complete workouts effectively. In addition, the promised weekly progress assessments have not been conducted regularly, and there has been little follow-up regarding my development.
Given these issues, I kindly request that the gym take immediate steps to improve the organization of training sessions and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained. Alternatively, I would appreciate either an extension of my membership at no additional cost or a partial refund to compensate for the inconvenience caused.
