I hope you’re doing well. As I reminded you earlier in the week, our community play is fast approaching and I wanted to delegate a few tasks to you.
First of all, I’d like to discuss props and costumes. We still need a trench coat and and a picture frame. I can take care of the coat as I already have one somewhere in my closet, but I have yet to purchase the frame. Would you be able to stop by the thrift store and purchase one before the performance day? The team will reimburse you, of course.
As for tasks on the day of, we usually have two ushers at the door to greet people and check their tickets. Your task will be to check every guest in with the ticketing app. It’s pretty straightforward; you scan the guests’ QR codes and the app will do the rest.
Let’s aim to arrive at 6 pm, at least an hour before the performance. The play lasts around an hour and a half. We don’t have to stay until the end, though. We can begin teardown after intermission at 7 pm.
