Dear sir/mam,

I am writing this to update you about the arrangements of free market that we are organisig in the society in upcoming week.

After careful consideration with other volunteers, we have decided to organise this event on 1st March, 2026, Saturday at 11:00 am in the party hall of our society. As most of the people are free from work, this schedule works the best.

There are about 15 Volunteers participating in organising this charity event, an all of them are provided with thei respective duties and roles. The volunteers are required to help in the set of the party area, making sure that no unauthorised person is entering the premises, the water station is running efficiently, and after the event is over, the event organisers are responsible to gather up all the remaining stuff at nearby Value Village. Moreover, they are also obliged to clean the party area.
