Good evening sir, i hope you are doing well. i am writing to to you to request funding for a community project that i am organizing. The project is for the maintenance of the city park where mostly children come to play on weekends along with their parents. The main goal of the project is to clear the runways in the park, fix some broken benches and cut the trees.
On weekends, the parents that come with their children walk on the runways and they are all broken which is dangerous and not comfortable. It has also reduced the amount of visitors in the park. Some elderly people used to visit the park and sit on the benches to see their grandchildren play, but due to the broken benches that number has also decreased. I have talked to my team, and the estimated cost of the maintenance and repair will be around 200 pounds.
50 pounds will be used for repairing or replacing the benches and the other 50 will be used for cutting down the trees. The remaining 100 pounds will be used to repair the runway.
