Dear Swimschool Authority,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to express my thoughts and offer feedback about a recent class I took with my friend.

I was recently enrolled in the adult swimming classes through your website, which were held for 3 days over the Christmas long weekend in the evening at the Canada Sports Complex. We were paired with 8 more students, and each class was 2 hours in length. Taught us the basic survival swimming techniques.

A few things that concerned me during my training were the water quality. The filters were not very effective in cleaning the pool, which caused me an eye infection. The ramp was slippery as well, and the trainer was more focused on the regular students.

However, the experience can be enhanced just by maintaining the pool and the area around it by using the filters adequately and by treating each trainee equally.
