Dear, Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my situation that I am not able to attend longer the training course because of receiving the study visa from USA.

I booked the cooking course, which is started by the professional chefs. I choose this course because i have keen interest in cooking but it is also essential for me. Moreover this course very helpful for those people who stay alone and do not have munch knowledge of cooking.

However, I unable for getting the classes because two months ago, I applied for study visa. And it was dream to study abroad which comes ture. Due to this, I can not attend the classes. I am not dismiss this opportunity because of this course. Meanwhile, throgh half class I have learnt basic cooking which would be really helpful to me when I will be in USA.

I would like to request to you that could I get refund of this month because in this month, there is not any class was attened. I would appriciate to understand my situation. Thank you for considering my request.
