I hope this letter finds you well. I have to explain something is important for you.Last summer,when we celebrated my birthday, you gave it a gift yours necklace to me. Do you remember that necklace? I apologize about my fault.

I broke the necklace accedently and ı did not fix it. Last week ı was on holiday and ı went to London. While i was running to the airport i crushed the door and i fell to the ground. My necklace fell into from my neck to ground. It suddenly broke an than i shocked.

Anyway ı searched a good service who fix it and who return the necklace first shape. I have a good news do not worry. I found this shop. I will give to the necklace for fixing to damage. Don’t angry with me please, As soon as possible ı will send you.
