Dear Sharon,
Hope you’re doing great? I have been thinking of the right way to write this letter to you, although it was not intentional but I would sincerely like to apologize for damaging the electric pressing iron that you lent to me last week.
What happened was that I kept the pressing iron on a table and while playing my toddlers mistakenly pushed it down. As a result, the control switch and the water jar were severely damaged. In addition, I noticed that it has been malfunctioning ever since the incident and that has affected me.
I would like to take it to their designated store to know weather it could be repaired or replaced. I have contacted their helplines and they will be sending a dispatch rider next week to pick the item up. Once again, kindly accept my sincere apology and thank you for your understanding.
Yours sincerely,
Joyce.
