I am writing with regard to the TV that I purchased last week, On Tuesday.
First of all, my name is Jane David, and I am one of the frequent customers in your store. I have been buying devices from your store for last 15 years now.
Last week, on Tuesday, 15th June, I visited your store, where I bought Toshiba LBTT TV with the code TCS40932QL, and it was a luxurious one when it comes to prices, $2000. Unfortunately, when I returned home, I found that I got a different one, not only that but also it did not meet my expection in terms of its sound and HD definition picture.
I extremely disappointed with the quality of TV I purchased and also with the services in your store that I have received. So, I expect to receive a replacement TV, or even got my refund for the wrong TV as a compensation.
