Dear Mr.,
I am writing to you because I am a daily customer at the college cafeteria. Firstly, let me express my appreciation for serving various meals, which are full of vitamins, proteins and healthy carbohydrates, which contribute to the development of our brain and the right function of our body, which is necessary for our study.
As I mentioned before, the food is delicious, however, the furniture needs some improvements. For example, many chairs have broken legs and, therefore are unusable. Moreover, are unsafe for students, especially for disabled people. In addition, in winter-time, the floor has been slippery, what contribute to plenty of fall, and some of them has required an ambulance call.
Certainly, you will agree with my opinion of improving these drawbacks. I suggest changing the dangerous floor to a new one, which will follow the Health and Safety Standards. Chairs should be changed for more stable ones, produced from the strongest materials, such as wood, not plastic, or pine.
Thank you for your consideration of my suggestions.
Yours faithfully,
Nicol
