Dear Raman,
I am writing this letter to inform you that I had an minor accident at work and my ankle got injured at work. I was printing boxes and suddenly supplier was passing near to me with his walkie, he did not see me because he took a big skid and one box uncertainly fall on my foot. This really impact on my personal and professional life, I concerned with doctor and I will update my progress.
Also I want to give one suggestion that you should make a rule that supplier cannot load his walkie more than 5 boxes. If they do so, they will be the responsible for the situation. Moreover they should not allowed to use employee or employer’s area which is safe for everybody. You should organize a safety talks in the beginning of every week, so that they will be more careful while doing their work.
Yours sincerely
Sukhmnjeet Kaur
