Dear Tutor,

I am writing this letter to inform you that i can not continue the course.

Firstly, i want to inform you that currently i have a full time job as a receptionist at the middle town. The working hours is six days for a week, from 9AM to 9PM. This is a good opportunity for me to work at hospitality. Unfortunately, I am willing to discontinue my part time evening course at present. Since i have to manage my working time and adapt my routine activity, so at thiis time i have to stop the evening course for a while.

I can not continue the course for 3 months, however i will retake this evening course soon, after i can balance my new routines. Nevertheless, i will always rewatch the video course and practice some modul by e-learning. I will keep in touch with you.
