Dear Mr James,

I am Mr Grimes,who had recently had his car repaired. You have repaired the front window of my Chevrolet Caprice on nineteenth of April. It was working properly,until the twenties of April while powdering my car. Suddenly,something went wrong and the window did not open. As you know,it is quite unsafe to leave the car window open,because of recent robberies as well as trust issues. I would like you to check through my car one more time. And if it is not available to get repaired the car,I will cover the damage with its insurance.

Perhaps I could take my car this Saturday afternoon,to discuss options. In case you are not available at that time, please let me know when you have a proper time. Feel free to call me at these numbers below, whenever it suits you.
