Dear Mr Brown,
I’m apologizing for the inconvenience because I need to reschedule our business meeting for the next week. The reason for rescheduling is that I’m not feeling well today and will be hospitalized for the next few days. Although I understand the importance of our meeting, I can not attend it with my current unfocused state of mind.
Yesterday, when I was coming back to home from office, I recognized the symptoms of fever. I was not able to stand straight due to severe weakness in my body. After that, I reached out to my family doctor, and he insisted on getting a rest in the hospital for at least 3 days. Due to that, I will not be able to work this week, and hoping to schedule our next meeting in the next week either on Monday or Wednesday at 10:00 am. Moreover, there has been no change in the meeting location, the BlueOreo Bar in downtown Toronto.
I’m hoping to get better by next week and am willing to have a conversation with you regarding our next project with a fresh mind. I’m looking forward to receiving the exact day of the meeting from my provided options.
Again, sorry for this delay. I hope you can understand my situation.
Yours Sincerely,
Frtiz Por.
