I recently bought a smartphone from your online store, but it arrived with several defects.
First, the screen has a scratch that was not mentioned on the website. Second, the battery drains very quickly even when I am not using the phone. Third, the speaker makes a crackling sound during calls.
I have already tried restarting the phone and charging it fully, but the problems remain. I also sent an email to your support team two days ago but have not received a reply.
Please send me a replacement phone that works properly, or give me a full refund. I can return the defective phone if you provide a free shipping label.
