Thank for your recent letter. I am glad to hear that you are going to host a communication skills workshop for research and development department colleagues. I believe it would be a good opportunity to elevate the ability of organizing the acitivies.

About workshop, I usually prepare a joke in the opening because it is good way the warm up and relax everyone. If possible use some figure to your slides, it can let listener easier to understand and remember it. In addition, using teamwork games could help audiences to apply the theory into practice and it also make the concepts more memorable. If youd are going to discuss some topic or question, I would recommend that use multiple choice in lectrue session and open discussion for group activities. Besides, I would suggest that it is important to make a agenda first and send it to attenders a week before. I think you can handle the workshop every well and I am look forward your performance.
