Dear Mr. Bromley,
I hope you are doing well. I am writing to inform you that I will be unable to continue the evening course in Business and Management for the remainder of the current term.
Over the past few weeks, I have been experiencing ongoing health issues, which have made it difficult for me to manage both my full time job and my studies effectively. My doctor has advised me to reduce my workload and prioritise rest in order to recover fully. As the course requires regular attendance and active participation, I feel that I would not not be able to meet the expected standards at this time. Continuing under these circumstances would prevent me from fully engaging with the coursework. Unfortunately, this situation has affected my ability to concentrate and perfom to the best of my capacity.
After careful consideration, I have decided that it would be best to withdraw from the course temporarily. I would greatly appreciate it if you could advise me on the formal withdrawal process and inform me whether I may re-enrol in the next term once my situation improves. I remain highly interested in completing the program in the near future. Please let me know if there are any additional formalities I need to complete.
I sincerely apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, and would like to thank you for your guidance and support during the course. Your teaching has been extremely valuable.
I hope to resume my studies under your supervision soon!
Yours sincerely,
Charnpreet Singh
